Round Tracker Hire
From 22 June 2026, Kong Running will only offer tracking for pre-set rounds and will no longer create custom tracking pages for other events.
Any existing custom tracking bookings already confirmed before 22 June 2026 will be honoured and fulfilled as agreed.

Hire Rates
- 1–3 days: £50.00
- 4–7 days: £75.00
- 8–14 days: £100.00

Booking Information
✅ Trackers must be booked at least 7 days before dispatch.
✅ Each booking period should be placed as a separate order.
⚠️ Important Information
- The number of days booked = total hire period (including delivery and return days).
- Example: Delivered Thursday and returned Tuesday = 6-day hire.
- Return day = the day you post the tracker back in a Royal Mail post box (or UPS Access Point for 3+ trackers).
- Please tell us the start date and time of your challenge when booking.
- We cannot track any water-based challenges, excluding Frog Grahams and Puddle Buckleys, due to tracker unreliability on water.
- Trackers booked with less than 7 days’ notice must be confirmed via email first (tracking@kongadventure.com).
- Default setup = 60s tracking interval (suitable for ~28hrs continuous use, or a weekend event with overnight stops). Contact us if you need longer battery life.
📦 Delivery & Returns
- Your tracker will arrive a few days before your challenge.
- Switch it on 20 minutes before your start.
- Once finished, turn it off, place it in the provided envelope, and return within 24 hours to:
