Price Range: £50.00 – £175.00 (per unit)
Hire Rates
1–3 Days = £50.00
4–7 Days = £75.00
8–14 Days = £100.00
15–21 Days = £125.00
22–28 Days = £150.00
29–35 Days = £175.00
✅ Hire includes data costs and tracking page
✅ Trackers must be booked at least 7 days before dispatch
✅ Each block booking should be placed as a separate order
⚠️ Important Information
The number of days booked = total hire period (including delivery and return days).
Return day = the day you post the tracker back in a Royal Mail post box (or UPS Access Point for 3+ trackers).
Please tell us the start date and time of your challenge when booking.
We cannot track any water-based challenges, excluding Frog Grahams and Puddle Buckleys, due to tracker unreliability on water.
Trackers booked with less than 7 days’ notice must be confirmed via email first (tracking@kongadventure.com).
Default setup = 60s tracking interval (suitable for ~28hrs continuous use, or a weekend event with overnight stops). Contact us if you need longer battery life.
📦 Delivery & Returns
Your tracker will arrive a few days before your challenge.
Switch it on 20 minutes before your start.
Once finished, turn it off, place it in the provided envelope, and return within 24 hours to:
